About Klean Water

Klean Water provides world-class commercially proven water treatment technologies & solutions for the oil & gas, mining and municipal sectors. The brand was built around a deliberately narrow promise: we supply technology that is already working commercially, applied to the water problems that most often stall industrial and municipal operations.

What we do

Our units separate hydrocarbons from industrial wastewater, purify wastewater so it can be recycled and reused in-process, and desalinate. Those three capabilities cover the bulk of what an oil & gas, mining or municipal site needs from a water system: get the oil out, make the water good enough to use again, and deal with salinity when the source or the process makes that unavoidable.

How we work

Three operating principles shape every engagement. First, modular technology — capacity arrives as factory-built modules that install quickly, scale in steps, and relocate when a site plan changes. Second, pilot testing & verification — before a full system is specified, the client's own water is processed and the results are documented. Third, remote monitoring — once a system is commissioned, its performance continues to be visible rather than assumed.

The sequence is intentional. Pilot work answers the technical question, modular delivery answers the schedule and capital question, and remote monitoring answers the operating question that arrives six months after start-up.

Klean Water is wholly owned by Klean Industries. That ownership is practical rather than decorative. It connects water projects to an established engineering organisation with consulting, feasibility study, due diligence and energy & waste audit capability, so a water system can be evaluated in the context of the whole facility rather than as an isolated package.

Who we serve

We work with onshore and offshore oil & gas operators, saltwater disposal well operators, mining companies, petroleum and petrochemical plants, and municipalities responsible for water and wastewater. Each sector gets the same engineering discipline and a configuration built for its own water chemistry, volume profile and regulatory obligation.

What we will not do

Our discipline is as much about exclusion as capability. We do not propose technology that has not been commercially proven in service, and we do not size a system from an assumption when the client's own water can be measured instead. If a stream is not suited to our process, testing reveals that early, when the cost of knowing is low. That approach sometimes shortens a sales conversation, but it is why our installed systems behave in year three as they did at commissioning. Operators are rarely short of optimistic proposals; what they lack is measured evidence that a process will handle their particular water under real operating variation.
